Sol began his career in the insurance industry upon graduation from the University of Miami (Florida) with a BBA degree.  While he has always been a personal insurance generalist, his specialty area is health insurance and Medicare plans.

His association with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida began in 1996, when he joined Bryan Greenberg’s Benco Insurance Planners Agency.  During those years he focused on Blue Cross health insurance plans, but continued to write life, annuity and other personal insurance products.

His years of experience have given him unique qualifications as a Sales Trainer.  He was hired last year as a consultant by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida as a sales coach, training agents at the new Florida Blue Centers in Tampa, Miami, Orlando and Jacksonville.

His duties with A & B Insurance & Financial, Inc. include his role as an agent as well as a senior products specialist in the Tampa Bay area.
