Hi, my name is Phil Seplowe, the Director of Sales and Training for A&B Insurance & Financial Group, and I have been in the insurance business with this great company for 11 years.

 I have had varied careers in my life, but in my entire working career my main goal was to provide the best product, and the best service for the people that I work for(you the client).

I came to Florida 33 years ago after completing my degree in Nuclear Medicine from John F Kennedy School of Nuclear Medicine in New Jersey. During my first career I became a key player as a pioneer in the industry, where I worked to design and open Nuclear Medicine departments around the Tampa Bay Community.

In my second career, I opened up a bagel store that was very successful for 15 years. After careful consideration, and the need for a full night’s sleep I decided to start my third and last career path.

Here at A&B I have evolved full circle back to my passion for helping people. This time I am on the other side of the business; which focuses on the client before they become a patient. This is exemplified through providing clients with first class insurance, so they do not have to worry about how they will pay for that big Nuclear Medicine bill and all of other bills associated with a hospital stay or doctor’s visit. In today’s current changing insurance landscape, I’ve realized how important the programs we offer have helped tons of local families around Florida, including but not limited to our accident and critical illness plans which are essential for every family where financial security for parents is their top priority.

On a personal note, I have always been involved in the local community to help better the Tampa Bay Area. I have worked to start a little league in Palm Harbor I also coached for three different little leagues as my son was growing up. ,I started our synagogues youth group and served as the Director of Youth for sixteen years, and I also helped start the Temple’s Men’s Club where I also served as President. I am now the proud father of a recent graduate from Florida State School of Law.

As the Director of sales my vision for A&B is that every agent that you speak to or work with will be kind, courteous and will help you with all of your health & life insurance needs.
