LaShon enjoys meeting people and providing a service "second to none". She has been with A&B for over 7 years.

She believes in reaching out and helping as many people as possible with their insurance needs and, in doing so, treating them with respect and dignity.

She tirelessly networks and enjoys explaining insurance options to those clients. LaShon takes the time to go over goals, options and budget because she knows everyone's needs are NOT the same.

LaShon goes the extra mile by emphasizing to her clients how imperative it is to have some sort of insurance as opposed to none for the "ifs" in life.

It brings her great joy when a client truly understands the importance of having insurance. The client will comment by saying "I am at peace now."

 LaShon does not disappear at the close of the sale. Ultimately, her goal is establishing and maintaining the relationship.
